where the gray wolf lives

It always surprises me when people that have known us for awhile say, 'you have a radio show?!'. I suppose we need to do a better job of marketing ;).

I've hosted Exploring Mind and Body for 8 years! We're also Nationally Syndicated, which means we air on multiple radio stations across Canada (as a by product, we're a podcast on iTunes and other podcasting platforms).

We air not once but now Twice a week locally on 96.5 CKFM - All Hit Country - Thur AND Sun at 8pm.

We couldn't be more grateful for our sponsors we work with that make the show happen locally - which means we do work with local companies and have ad space available for those local companies looking to air their business on radio.

I interview expert guest from around the world and am humbled by the people I get to meet regularly because of this show.

Thanks to everyone for your support over the years who continue to inspire the show to stay on air locally and for us to reach new stations and different markets across Canada (and around the world as a podcast)
